New Patient Visit

A 75 minute, comprehensive appointment to discuss your health history and current symptoms allowing us to determine your individualized treatment plan. At this time we may also recommend blood or other diagnostic labs to best customize your treatment.

Follow Up Visit

This 45 minute appointment is for patients who are already established and who are scheduling to follow up on their progress, review labs, or would like to discuss a new condition or symptoms.

Nutrition New Client Consult

A 75 minute, comprehensive consultation to discuss your health history, symptoms, & nutrition basics to kick start your individualized nutrition protocol.
